In home pooja rooms Abhishekam plate is used to keep the idols and do Abhishekam.

Like regular Abhishekam being done in the temple, in pooja rooms too for idols regular abhishekams are done.

Abhishekam plate with water outlet provision, looks like the Aavudayar in Lingam. Abhishekam plate size differs depends upon the Idol size and number of idols to be placed.

Though the abhisheka plates are made in Brass & Copper. Readymade and made to order options are available. The Abhisheka plates can be kept on a Whitemetal manai or Wood manai to perform abhishekam.

If panchaloha idols are in pooja rooms then for doing regular Abhishekam, Abhishekam plate or Abhisheka Beedam is must.

This abhishekam Plate is made up of 22 Guage Sheet,Brass and copper sheets are cannot get into rust so it will be long lost for a years. After doing abhisheka you can wash it like a utensil.
