Raja Spiritual Pvt Ltd handcrafted a copper Shiva Lingam set with a rich gold finish for a temple in Hosur, built for daily worship and made to be admired at every darshan. Each piece was shaped by hand in our Kanchipuram workshop, from the Lingam and Avudaiyar to the supporting details, following the proportions laid down by temple tradition. Because the set would face milk, water, sandal paste and oil every single day, the choice of copper and the quality of the gold layer were planned with great care. Every curve, joint and surface was checked by our artisans before packing, so nothing would disturb its beauty once placed in the sanctum. The brief was clear: a set worthy of the sanctum, with the finish and strength to stay beautiful through years of rituals and festivals. Today the set carries a calm golden glow that devotees feel the moment they stand before the Lord.
The trustees of the temple wanted a Shiva Lingam set that felt warm, graceful and deeply sacred, while also standing up to the demands of daily abhishekam. They asked for forms and measurements true to Saiva tradition, with no shortcuts or ready-made shapes. Raja Spiritual shared sketches and sizes at the start, listened to the committee's suggestions, and began crafting only after the final design was approved. Durability mattered as much as beauty, since the set had to look fresh long after the festival crowds had gone home. The goal was simple: a Lingam that makes every devotee pause, fold their hands and truly feel the presence of Shiva.
