Raja Spiritual Pvt Ltd designed and built a 16 feet copper Kodimaram for a temple, creating a tall and graceful flagstaff that stands as a symbol of the temple's festivals and faith. The Dwajasthambam is the pillar on which the sacred flag is raised at the start of every utsavam, so its height, balance and finish had to be exact. Our artisans clad the structure in copper sheet, shaped the rings, lotus petals and decorative bands by hand, and fitted every section with care. Working at this height meant planning each joint, fixing and lifting step carefully so that the pillar would stay straight for decades. Every stage was checked against the approved drawing, from the first cut of copper to the final polish, so the finished pillar would match the vision. Once installed, the glowing copper column rises above the temple courtyard and welcomes every devotee who arrives for darshan.
The temple committee wanted a Dwajasthambam that would look majestic from far away and remain strong through rain, sun and festival crowds. They asked for a copper finish that suits the temple's character, with proportions that match the height of the sanctum and gopuram as tradition expects. Raja Spiritual first studied the temple layout, suggested the ideal diameter and ring pattern, and began work only after the committee approved the final drawing and measurements. For the trustees, this pillar was more than a structure; it marks the beginning of every festival and carries the faith of the whole community of devotees who gather beneath it each year.
