Terracotta items (breakable)
General Return Policy
Eligible products can be returned within 15 days of delivery.
Returns are accepted only for store credit.
Gold-plated items and jewellery are eligible for conditional return only if they are in pristine condition, with no scratches, damage, or signs of use.
Clothing must be returned unused, with no stains or tears.
Velaku (lamps) can be returned only if unused and within 15 days.
Wrong / Damaged / Misplaced Products
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or misplaced product, we will provide a replacement or cash refund.

We understand the importance of receiving the right product in perfect condition. Our Replacement Policy ensures a smooth and reliable experience for our customers.
A replacement will be offered in the following situations:
Damaged Product – Visible damage, breakage, or defects upon delivery
Wrong Product Delivered – Incorrect item, size, colour, or variant received
Missing Items – Any product or component missing from the package
Manufacturing Defects – Functional or structural faults identified upon unboxing
📌 Proof is required in all cases — photos or videos must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
To request a replacement:
Contact our support team with your Order ID
Share clear images/videos of the issue and package opening (if applicable)
After verification, we will schedule reverse pickup where eligible
Replacement will be processed within 7–10 working days from product pickup
For a replacement request to be approved:
Product must be unused and returned in its original packaging
All price tags, labels, seals, accessories, certificates, and freebies must be included
Product must not show signs of wear, misuse, alteration, or mishandling
Due to their nature, certain products are not eligible for replacement:

If replacement is not possible, we will issue store credit or a cash refund (only when the mistake is from our end)
Products damaged due to improper use or personal handling are not eligible
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after they have been processed or shipped.
Products purchased from our physical stores are not eligible for return.
Online purchases are eligible for return only if all return conditions are met.
Returned items must be shipped back as per the provided return instructions.
Please ensure the return slip is included with the package.
To be eligible for a refund:
The item must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
The product should be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Note:
If the product is damaged, used, or returned after 30 days, the refund will not be processed.
Some items qualify for return but are not eligible for a refund. These will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
